The transformer 2 was desinged for lower horse power skid steer units; 75 hp and less. All the same great features of the original transformer grinder in a smaller package.

The grinding in the above left video was done at 4 1/2 mph.

The photo to the left is 1/8" deep in aged asphalt.  also done at 4 1/2 mph.

1/8" deep is deeper than needed to remove lines from a road surface.

Octaplane:  Used for line removal on asphalt or concrete.

Broadhead:  Used for Milling grooves for inlayed tape or slots for markers.  leaves bottom of groove slightly rougher than diamond blades, but much faster production rate.  for use on asphalt only.

diamond blades:  used for cutting grooves for inlayed tape.  Much smoother bottom compared to broadheads but much slower production rate.  Can be custom stacked using two sizes of blades for cutting holes for resessed markers.  can be used for asphalt or concrete.

GRINDER

A small diameter drum with fewer rods requires much less power than the larger version.

Available with Octoplane or Broadhead carbide bits, or diamond blades.
